Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 21, 2026
1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
A client may request cancellation before substantive work begins. Whether any amount is refundable depends on applicable deposit terms, reserved project capacity, preparation performed, and non-recoverable costs already incurred.
2. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once work has started, the client remains responsible for fees attributable to services already performed, completed milestones, research undertaken, meetings held, preparation completed, and non-recoverable costs incurred before cancellation becomes effective.
3. Notice
Cancellation requests should be made in writing and identify the relevant project or service. Cancellation becomes effective when the request is received and acknowledged unless a different date is agreed.
4. Scheduled Meetings
Clients should provide reasonable advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling a scheduled consultation, workshop, or project meeting. Repeated late cancellations or missed meetings may affect the schedule and may be treated as time performed where professional time was specifically reserved.
5. Project Pauses
A client may request a temporary pause. Whether a pause can be accommodated depends on project stage, scheduling, and capacity. A paused engagement may require a revised timeline or restart date.
6. Rescheduling
Cancellation or postponement may result in loss of the original schedule. Rescheduled work is subject to current availability and may not resume immediately.
7. Cancellation by 360 Emergence
360 Emergence may cancel or discontinue an engagement if continued performance becomes impracticable, required client cooperation is not provided, payment obligations are not met, the requested work materially changes, or legal or operational concerns arise.
If 360 Emergence cancels without client breach and prepaid fees relate to work that will not be performed, unused amounts may be refunded or credited as appropriate.
8. Deliverables on Cancellation
Where fees for completed work have been paid, completed or substantially completed deliverables that are ready for release may be provided. Unfinished working materials, internal notes, methods, templates, or incomplete drafts are not necessarily included.
9. Refunds Following Cancellation
Any refund connected with cancellation is determined under the Refund Policy and any project-specific terms. Cancellation does not automatically result in a full refund.
