Intellectual Property Policy

1. Website Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, written copy, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, service descriptions, original illustrations, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to 360 Emergence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Limited Website Use
Visitors may view website content for personal or internal business evaluation of services. No broader license is granted. Content may not be reproduced, republished, resold, distributed, adapted, or used to create competing materials without authorization except where permitted by law.
3. Trademarks and Branding
The 360 Emergence name, logo, visual identity, and other brand elements may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without prior permission.
4. Pre-Existing Consulting Materials
360 Emergence retains ownership of pre-existing know-how, methods, frameworks, processes, checklists, templates, structures, research approaches, internal tools, and general consulting materials used in delivering services.
5. Client-Specific Deliverables
After applicable fees are paid, a client may use final client-specific deliverables for internal business purposes, subject to engagement terms. The client does not acquire ownership of underlying methods, reusable frameworks, internal working files, templates, or general know-how unless expressly agreed.
6. Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. By providing materials for a project, the client represents that it has the right to provide and authorize use of those materials for the engagement.
7. Third-Party Materials
Some deliverables or website content may refer to third-party materials, data, trademarks, tools, or publications. Those materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
8. Feedback and General Know-How
General ideas, skills, experience, and know-how developed or improved through professional work may continue to be used by 360 Emergence, provided non-public client information is not improperly disclosed.
9. Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation, misrepresentation of authorship, or other misuse of protected materials may result in suspension of access, termination of service, or enforcement of available legal rights.
